Data processing on our website

When you visit our website, our web server temporarily stores each access in a log file. The following data will be collected and stored until an automatic deletion date:

  • Report whether the request was successful

Our website uses features of the network LinkedIn. The service is provided by LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as "LinkedIn"). Each time one of our pages containing LinkedIn features is accessed, your browser establishes a connection to the LinkedIn servers. User account

For each customer who registers accordingly, we set up a password-protected direct login to our customer portal (user account). This is where you can view your master data as well as your open and/or closed support requests (tickets).

We store your data for as long as is necessary to perform the contract and/or if statutory retention requirements prevent your data from being deleted.

Newsletter distribution

When you register for the customer portal, you can opt to sign up for our newsletter.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will use your e-mail address for our own advertising purposes as long as you have not withdrawn your consent to receive the newsletter. In addition to your e-mail address, we require confirmation that you are the owner of the e-mail address you have provided and that you consent to receive the newsletter.
