If you want to share improved data compared to the data available at Strategirummet, or data for different scenarios, you can get a free license for the PMS database. If you want to create your own databases that are not publicly available, you must purchase a license (see the page "Purchase Database or Source Code").

You will then have access to the Excel sheets that contain the PMS data and the tools that upload the Excel sheets to the PMS database. Once you have created your own PMS database, you send it to Strategirummet, which will then upload it to our server.

It works as follows:

• The user purchases a license for one of the PMS versions
• The user chooses whether to develop a private or public PMS database
• The user is sent
  • the latest versions of the Excel sheets with data that Strategirummet has
  • a link to the model that uploads the Excel sheets to the PMS database
  • the format for the existing PMS database
• The user puts the Excel sheet and database on their own PC
• The user optionally divides price areas and loads their own data into one or more Excel sheets, and uploads to the local PMS database
• The user sends the PMS database to Strategirummet with the name it should have. The user also tells whether it is publicly available or private
• Strategirummet uploads the PMS database to our server, and inserts the option for the user to select the database in question in the PMS model

The user can then make their own calculations with their own divisions of price areas and their own data. The user can also pass on the names of private databases to others, who will then have the opportunity to use them in the PMS model
